📦 Important Shipping Update for Our U.S. Customers

We want to make sure you’re fully informed about shipping and delivery charges when shopping with us.

Due to new Tarriff regulations imposed on all imports into the U.S by the U.S govt,  U.S. Customs may apply duties and taxes (sometimes called import fees or brokerage fees). These charges are not set or collected by us — they are determined by U.S. Customs and UPS based on your order value and product type. ' 

👉 How are we helping?

For a limited time, we have reduced our standard shipping rate to the US from $19.99  to $15.99 

👉 This means you may receive a separate bill from UPS upon delivery.

These duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer, as required by U.S. Customs law.

Example

• At checkout: You pay for your items + the shipping fee.

• At delivery: UPS may collect duties/taxes before handing over your package.

We know this can be frustrating if you weren’t expecting it. Please understand that this is a standard process for all international orders and is outside of our control.

Duties & Taxes (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

Please note that all international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs & Duties Notice (USA)

  • Orders shipped from outside the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival due to new Tarriff regulations.
  • These charges are set by U.S. Customs and are not included in our prices at checkout. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable fees to release their package.
  • Customers may have the option to "self clear" to reduce such fees. Please contact UPS directly and tell them you wish to self clear.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as they vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred are your responsibility.

Once an order is placed, we ARE NOT able to offer CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS! 

(1) FAQ Entry — Customs Duties & Taxes

Q: Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes on my order?
Yes. Orders shipped from outside the U.S. may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by U.S. Customs. These charges are not included in our prices at checkout.

Q: How much are the duties?
The exact amount depends on the product type, value of your order, and current U.S. tariff rules. The carrier (e.g. UPS, FedEx, USPS) will contact you with the final amount due when your package arrives in the U.S.

Q: Who is responsible for paying these fees?
As the customer, you are responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes directly to the carrier before your package can be delivered.

Q: What happens if I refuse to pay?
If duties are not paid, the carrier will return the order to us. Once received, we can issue store credit only for the item(s), minus any shipping charges. Duties and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Q: Why aren’t duties included at checkout?
We ship under a DAP (Delivered at Place) model, which keeps product prices lower upfront and allows you to pay duties only if they apply to your order.
